I really havn't had one yet, but I do experience day to day compliments and the difference in the mirror. You might say I have them all the time, LOL. Janice

I too am waiting for the day I can say down 100lbs. I feel great, but still have a long way to go. It's definetly slow'd down, and I am scared the honeymoon is over....started @306, am down to 213,but Dr.'s goal is 179....personal goal 160. I just wonder if I can really actually get there. It seems unreal.

I forgot to put in my favorite WLS moment. It has to be when my husband told me that when the lights are out he has to keep reminding himself its me he is with. I asked him what he ment by this and he said, you've lost so much weight and with working out things aren't where I left them. Barbara

hi there i was oct 21 im 58 was 283 now 204 not in the -79 . Sometimes i way a pound or more depending which is frustrating. So I am not in the century club either. But I never dreamed id loose this much weight soo quickly. Actually when i do get to the century mark i too will consider myself at goal Actually if i didnt loose any more i still would have done it again in a heartbeat. I have my life back and my self confidence. And like the cartoon character from the shampoo (with the jetsons on it and the flintstons) I feel pretty...imagine that 4 mouths ago me and pretty didnt enter my mind in the same day let alone thought or sentence. So relax enjoy the ride and give it up for us all!!!!! kindest regards deborah gale

YEP, I too have PCOS & am losing very slow.... surgery on 10/5 & down 71 lbs. Seems like all my surgeons other pts within a month of mine are down 100 #s or better. I also was diagnosed with a fistula about 2 mos out & can eat way more than most. Maybe try eating a little more if you are severly restricting your calories, sometimes your body thinks its starving if you cut down too much and starts to go into weight preservation mode... Good Luck!

Topic: Survey question, what has been your favorite WLS moment so far?
I think my favorite moment has been going shopping last Friday at Macy's and buying an outfit in the "regular" sizes and actually choosing between what looked cute instead of what would just cover up the worst parts. I also went to Disneyland last week and never got tired of walking and no blisters on my feet which was a problem for me in the past .
