Putting pics inside your profile

I have a quick question for all you computer literate folks out there. I have a before and after pic at the bottom of my profile, put there by the good folks at obestiyhelp.com. I was wondering though how you can add pictures throughout your profile as well. I see so many people that have that, and I think that it really adds personality and flair to your profile. I would really like to add some of my own, so any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gina
