Breakfast: Achieve one protein coffee drink later morning: banana and cantaloupe salad with a plain kashi waffle snack: triple shot sf vanilla latte with skim lunch: 2 moz sticks and serving of ff pretzels fruit2O I need more water We are having homemade chicken noodle soup for supper Have not planned out my night time snack yet.
