The Scale finally moved!!!!

I am so excited...after a six pound gain after Thanksgiving...the scale is finally moving in the right direction. I have lost those six pounds that I had gained plus one...lol. Hey at least it is something. Most people tell me I should not lose anymore. I really dont want to lose any more but I certainly dont want to gain! So I want to thank all those that gave me words of encouragement and got me on the right track again. Thankyou!!!! I started around 278 and now I am a unbelievable 137.
