I had my surgery 10-01-04 and I have definately lost some steam. Thanks for the words of encouragement.

You are probaly right on track. As we begin to take in more calories the loss does slow down.

Do you attend any support groups in your area? I found those to be MOST helpful in the first year ... I am still going, in fact. Hang in there, and just try to get back on track and focus on the things that you know you should do ... I know its hard, once you lose steam ... but we are in this together! Susan
