What a difference a year makes

Well I had my one year anniversary on the 11th. I am down 150 lbs. I am finally in the 100's Woo Hoo. I would have never thought it were possible. I just had a complete physical and everything came back great. I'm so happy. I still have eating issues but apparently somethings going in and staying in because all the tests were good. I still have a ways to go but I know now that I can make it. I'm looking forward to getting to my goal weight so that I can get rid of this skin. Will try to get some pictures on as soon as possible.
