What an amazing year

Its so hard to believe its been just a little over a year since surgery. I feel great when i walk into a room. I wish I would have done it years ago but happy I took the step and did it. I didnt hit my goal but Im only 15lbs away. I've gone from a size 20-22 to a size 10, I cant complain about that. Im use to my little meals and not drinking and eating at the same time. I would do it again in a hear beat ! Gail 213/144/130

Congratulations Gail: I will be a year out on Oct. 25. It has been quite a year for me too. I started out at 361 and am now down to 258. I'm going to try to lose 1 lb. a week for the next 6 mos. and will lose approx. 20 lbs. after breast reduction. It took me a long time to say that I was happy I had the surgery, but can say it now.
