I can't believe it's almost been a year!

Hey everyone! I had my surgery on October 6, 2005 and I can't believe my year post op visit is coming soon! I never thought I would loose this much and everything that has happend to me in the past 10 months would have happend. My starting weight was 297 lbs and as of yesturday (I weight myself every wednesday moring) I was 146.5 and wearing a size 8! I can't even remember the last time I wore a size 8. I am so happy I had this surgery and it was the best decision I have ever made for myself!

My date was 10-6-04 too, and I also find it hard to believe its been a year already. You've done better than I have ... the weight loss has really slowed for me. I started at 288, and am now at 164. Great job!
