"grouchy pouch"??....

Any one else experiencing this? Before surgery, you know how your stomach would growl when you got hungry? Well, ever since surgery, I have that same sound and sensation, only its seeming to come from just under my neck. I assume its coming from the pouch. But it can be kind of loud and embarrasing. I know I am not hungry -- so I dont know if it is the food going down, the liquid going down, or what????? I thought it would eventually go away, but it hasnt. ...just curious as to if this is happening to anyone else? ...

LOL... oh Susan... I know exactly what your going thru... i have all kinds of weird sounds since surgery... and yes they are loud and i have my family and friends laughing at me all the time... I just tell them that Surely is talking... In our support group in Denver we all named our pouches... i named mine Surely... cuz i surely dont know how it is going to react... LOL... not to worry.. my surgeon has told me its normal... and sometimes it goes away and sometimes it doesnt... but the worst for me, has to be the gas i can never get rid of... OMG... talk about embarrasing... LOL... Congrats on your success... keep up the good work... you look GREAT!! Leslie 333/184/170

I am so glad to hear others have this same issue! Hmmm ... that is funny ... naming your pouch! Maybe I should name mine!?!? Will have to think of a name .... I love yours, ... Surely ....
