Hello everyone, Ive been very hungry i can eat more than 1/2 cup could it be that im exersicing 6days aweek really hard and i need more calories??? i dont know what to do im getting really scared that im goin back to my old eating habits although im eating good food its just a whole lot more. Ive tried my protein first and i dont get full at all i hope i didnt streach my pouch

Caroline... It could be that you're not eating enough, though everybody's doctor has something different to say about that. I'm a few weeks more out than you and I'm eating anywhere between a cup and a 1 1/2 cups of food per meal. (~1000 calories) I did find out when I was working out so much that I had to increase my calories, but had to be careful that it wasn't junk. Hi Caroline, I've been feeling the same way that I am hungry now and scared about going back to my old eating habits. When I did lose weight before WLS I did my best on Weigh****chers where it was setforth how much I could have each day in the way of points. So I called my doctor and they said I should keep in the way of 1000-1200 calories a day and 60 or more of protien so I went to fitday.com and got a free account to keep track of what I'm eating and I just have to pick good foods. I can't say completly away from carbs so when I do have them I eat them last and I stay away from pasta (because I love it) and Rice. I think we are at the point where we really have to use our tool (or pouch) to work to our advantage. I think what it really comes down to is portion size and picking good foods.
