Hernia ??

Hi, Im almost 10 months post opt and I havent had any problems except for the last few days. I took our hot tub cover off on Monday and 3 nights ago I woke up with a pain/ache under my left breast alittle under were my one biggest incision was. I didnt really feel it until this morning when I was in the shower but I felt something like a knot under my skin. Could this be a hernia or a pulled muscle?? My hubby wants me to call my surgeon but I hate bothering him on the weekend, he is such a great guy and needs to spend time with his wife! I have my check up this friday with him but I think I might have to call Monday and see if they can take me in cause this has me very nervous. I do have a lot of sag in my belly now could that be causing a hernia? This isnt the 1st time I took the hot tub cover off so I dont know why it would cause a hernia now.. Get what I mean? HELP!!
