I had my surgery 10/5/04. To date I have lost only 40 pounds,( I since pre-weight 54 pounds) while others are losing over 100 . I try and eat right and exercise and nothing is going on. I have gone from a 18w to a size 12 pant size, but my top is still plus. Is anyone else experiencing this? I look good, but I am not losing the weight other folks are. I know that it varies, but I am so behind. I cannot afford to lose 100 pouns, as my surgery was more health realted than weight related, can someone give me some answers???? I am getting desperate... also I don't know how to change my profile to reflect that I had the surgery. Please Help!!!

did you lose weight prior to surgery what do you mean preweight 54 pounds. Are you tall? Size 12 if you are tall is very good im a size 12 now at 5 10 and im at goal now. I lost 110 but i didnt loose anything before surgery. I lost it all afterwards. Girl i wish i still had the girls they have all but gone i went from a nice d cup 42 d to 34 b maybe a c. Wish I still had em. As for updating you profile to reflect you had surgery that is done up top from where you go in to do your journal entries scroll back up tp the to0p it wil say you are and then there will be a box hi the drop down thingy on the far side and select post op its above you name and everything way way way up top of that page Anyways email us back with more info and we will all put our heads together and see what we can do to help. kindest regards deborah gale

Thanks, things have changed so much. I finally am losing and went down and am now 70 pounds lighter. Don't know what happened. Yea I am 5' 8" and did not have to loose 100 pounds as I had medical complications. Things are much better and I am dipping in some 10's. Now all I need is the tummy tuck and some arms, thighs, neck and breast reduction, yes I am tired of them, went from a 44 DDD to a 40 DD, want them smaller.. Anyway thanks for the support!!

Thanks, I have engaged a personnal trainer 4 days a week and it is help[ing. I wnt to my group and what was happening is that I was not eating enough and by body went into starve mode. I now work with my trainer as far as food intake and keep a log. Hope that this works, I know I may not need the reconstuctive surgery to the point I did before I had the trainer.. Thanks
