What did you eat this weekend?
I've missed a few days here....
Saturday:
B - 1 egg and a slice of light wheat toast
L - 1 slice deli ham
D - 1 slice sausage, pepper and onion Pizza Hut pizza (almost the whole slice)
S - 1 c popcorn, protein drink
Ate 3 small chocolate chip cookies throughout the day. LOTS of excercise as I split wood, moved wood and dug fence post holes ALLLL day.
Totals: 616 cal, 29 fat, 63 carbs, 59 protein.
Sunday:
B - 4 bites bagel with veggie cream cheese.
L - 1/2 beef hot dog in bun
D - 3 oz pot roast, 1/3 c mashed potatoes
S - sf pudding
Totals: 552 cal, 28 fat, 38 carbs, 36 protein.
Gotta drink more protein shakes......
