What did you eat yesterday?
Well, I am keeping my calories under control, but still need to increase protein. I planned on having a protein drink last night, but I fell asleep.
B - a chocolate munchkin donut & small iced coffee, a few mandarin orange sections
L - 1/2 c mixed salad greens with 3 oz tuna, 1 oz cheese and Catalina dressing
S - few Pringles
D - 1/2 Smart Ones low carb dinner (Creamy Tuscan Chicken)
Totals - 566 cal, 28 fat, 38 carbs, 43 protein. Drank about....40 oz water.
I have not lost a pound, or even a fraction of a pound, in at least 2 weeks now. Getting frustrated.
Now let me see...mmm...what did I eat? has become so non important to me I sometime forget what I have eaten.

Total: 820 Calories, 33 Fat, 87 Carbs, 50 Proteins . . All my water
Not the best choice for dinner, but I always try to eat healthy so I splurged. Didn't make my 1000 calories for the day. But that's good, I like to shock the system once in a while.
They are really good, but very filling. Some days I can't eat a whole one and some days I can. If I do eat the whole thing I eat half one hour and the other half the next hour. There's a chocolate one too, that's not peanut butter, and it's good too. I eat them because I know they are made with "healthy" carbs. Some of the other bars are less expensive, but I don't know if they are healthy or not.
Thanks for including me on this thread
