What did you eat yesterday?
Hoorible...did not eat nearly enough.
B - 1/2 c low sugar Fruit Loops with 1/2 c skim milk
L - one bite of english muffin & decided I wasn't hungry enough to bother
D - 2 oz lean ground beef patty, 1/4 grilled zucchin, 1/2 small corn on the cob
S - 5 ****tail meatballs, 1/2 c skim milk
Totals: 423 calories (YIKES)
20 fat, 28 carbs, 33 protein. Only drank about 40 oz water.Terrible.
B- 1/4 cup chicken salad
S- about 6 doritos and the inside of a meat pastry
L- 1/4 of a hamburger w/ cheese no bun and 1/4 c babked beans and 1 tsp. of a greek pasta salad, 3 slices pickles.
D- 1/4c mac n cheese w/ extra slice of chees about 1/4 c tuna w/ mayo and 1 garlic cracker.
S- 1 banana w/ 1/4 c of cool whip light and about 1/4 c of bitter sweet chocolate chips.
Water- about 48 oz.
Walked for 1 hour at the beach on the sand (exhausting!)
Hrm, yesterday wasnt that good, lol.

cup diet pepsi (bad me)
ff vanilla yogurt with a scoop of beniprotein (adds 6g )
4 crackers with cheddar
a steak I chewed up and spit out. Cant handle red meat yet.
1/2c of cucumber, dipped in ranch.
1/4 c tuna
1 pretzel
cup apple juice
and I forced myself to have a shake before bed.

another bad day. Not enough "good for me" food.
B - leftover grilled zucchini, about 1/2 c
L - 1/2 c Chef Boyardee mini beef ravioli
S - 1 oz cheddar cheese
D - 1/2 c mini beef ravioli again, small stack of Pringles
was not hungry, but really wanted to get some more protein in so I had a protein bar at 10PM. My protien was only at 22 g before that, and it had 10 g....but I don't know if it was worth it. It was a South Beach Diet peanutbutter bar. It was good, but I felt crappy after. I went right to bed.
Totals: 685 cal, 35 fat, 65 carbs, 32 protein. Horrible carbs and protein. I think I need to increase calories and protein. 4 days in a row calories have been under 700.
