What did you eat yesterday?
B - 2 oz roasted chicken, 1 slice provolone cheese in 1/2 low carb/high protein pita with some bbq sauce
L - same wrap as breakfast and 1 small corn on the cob
D - 4 broiled scallops and several bites of broiled haddock. Couple bites of vegetable soup.
NO SNACKs ALL DAY!!! Drank about 60 oz water...need to get better with that.
Totals: 710 cals, 28 fat, 36 carbs, 83 protein.
