OCTOBER ROLL CALL
Surgery: Oct 18
Starting weight: 304
Today's weight: 193
LOST: 111
My life has changed drastically since the surgery. I am full of energy and with the exception of sweets and sweet soy products I can tolerate all foods. I am sometimes afraid that I eat too much but I am very active and I appear to have lost the average amount of pounds for a person 6 1/2 months out
Greetings from Iceland

HI EVERYONE!!!
WOW, everyone is doing SO good...I'm kinda really discouraged as I read everyone's posts!! I think I probably should be doing better than I am!!! I know everyone loses differently, but man....I'm kinda stressin' now!!
Oh well, here are my stats...maybe it looks better on paper than in my head???
Surgery Date 10/19/04
Weight = 299
Today's Weight = 203
Total loss of 96 lbs.

I too can eat anything I want...I don't dump and I rarely have any problems!! I'm not a huge fan of protien and I know I don't get enough in....but...all in all, everything is great!! I'm still losing 2-4 lbs. a week so that's good!
Tatum,
You are doing great!!! I feel the same way that you are feeling about my weight loss. I know that everyone loses at different rates but from the beginning i was doing awesome and now I am pretty much at a stand still. But oh well...Here are my stats:
Date of Surgery: October 12, 2004
Begininng Weight: 450lbs.
Current Weight: 333lbs. (based on my scale this morning)
Total Weight loss:-117
I feel as though I am eating too much but I wrote down all that I ate today and I am around 750 calories and 65.5 grams of protein. I can eat almost anything with the exception of milk and eggs. I had a protein shake with milk in it the other day and thought I was going to bring up my stomach as I vomitted. But anyway, good luck to you all and Congrats!!!
Erica
I am a slow loser too...but am upping my exercise to one hour per day, per my surgeons orders So I joined Curves today and will still do my water aerobics as well.
Surgery: October 25th
Starting Weight: 366.5
Today's Weight: 283
Lost: 83.5
I can just about it anything...still struggling getting all meals in a day (my surgeon wants 5-6 meals per day). I am for sure getting my water in though....
Hi there
hi deb i didnt fall off the end of the earth just moved and i up to my eye teeth in renovations and boxes and just set up my puter tonight sooo here we go for roll call
6 months already sheesh time flies doesnt it
ok surgery date oct 21st
pre surgery weight 285
height 5 10 a little under not much thought
now 183 I MADE THE CENTURY CLUB sometime during the renovation and moving this couple of weeks
eating i have been surviving on coffee sorry to say i know its not good for me but hey its better than nothing well ...maybe not.
I too can eat anything now. Although if i eat too much carbs i get the nautious need to lie down no energy thing. Ive not vomited yet though or anything like that i just get extremly lazy and blah for 30 to 45 minutes then im fine. That happens when i eat too much too fast or too much sugar....im guessing this is dumping.
I fit into a size 12 now comfortably...imagine that i kept an old pair of pants and did the two legs in one leg thing ...is it just me or are there others that are thinking DAMN i used to be THAT big....
anyways thats it for this post
kindest regards and hugs
deb
