BEST WISHES TO ALL
I UPPED THE PROTEIN INTAKE BY STARTING TO DRINK THE PROTEIN 3 TIMES A DAY, DID NOT SKIP MEALS USED IT AS A SNACK... AND I DRANK MORE THAN 64 OZ. H2O A DAY MORE AROUND 80 OZ DAILY. IT SOUNDS LIKE ALOT BUT ONCE YOU GET USE TO IT YOU CAN DO IT. I ALSO GOT A DOG AND REALLY WALKED MORE AND FASTER. GOOD LUCK I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.
Great advice...how much protein intake are you taking total then? Did you track your food? I think I have a prob with carbs so I am going to get rid of them all....I have two dogs too and just need to start walking them...I am doing water aerobics twice a week and then walking a few other days...I just want off this plateau so bad...ugh...take care...Ann
my protein intake from the powder is 63 gms. a day, then how ever many with my normal meals. I do not track my food but I avoid carbs as much as I can. I don't tolerate them well. I eat protein first, then a veggie, or fruit. but I know it was the protein increase that broke that plateau. good luck to you. Nan
