...gonna blow away!!....lol

I LOVE IT!!!! People I havent seen all winter, are now seeing me and telling me "I didnt recognize you" .... And the ones who have been watching my progress (coworkers mainly), are telling me "You are gonna blow away!!!" ..... It's a great feeling, isn't it? I had another wow moment too -- went to Wal-Mart to get a new pair of jeans ... and I am now in a size 18 zip-up jean. Down from a 28! That was an awesome feeling too. Now ... if I could just make it to that 100 lb loss mark! I've been stuck for quite some time now ...and need to lose just 4 more lbs, then I'll be there. Susan Congrats on your 96# loss When my weight loss stalls, I up my water and protein, and watch those nasty carbs. Usually within a day or two the scale moves again. Sheryl

Hi Susan and congrats on your awesome weight-loss All my October surgery friends are going through a plateau now, including me. I guess this is just a time when our bodies need to catch up. However, it will pass and we should be able to break out the bikinis this summer Kolla 304/204/140
