Everyone rocks!!! Looks like everyone is doing great!! So far at 6 months out I am down 133. I exercise at Curves 4-5 times a week. Now that it is warming up I hope to get more walking in!! Thank goodness winter is over!!! Get my water in most of the time. I have some days where I don't get it all. I eat protein first. Need to go through my closet more. A lot of my clothes are too baggy. Keep up the great work everyone!!

10/29/04 surgery date for me. I'm 5'3" and started at 307#. Weight as of this morning was 234.5, for a total of 72.5 pounds lost. I started at a BMI of 54 and am now 41--that's "super" obese to now "only" morbidly obese.
I am horrible with water intake, though I find that if I do the water thing like I'm supposed to I see a weight loss the VERY NEXT day--and that is EVERY time. Weird, huh? Who knew?
I do really, really well with protein, as I refuse to eat anything that doesn't contain signif protein. I do eat a Hershey's Kiss here and there or other similar "bad" things, but today I eat 2 or 3 instead of a whole flippin' bag of them. I'm good with it--keeps me sane. My primary doc agrees (so THERE, Nutritionist Nazis!)
I haven't really begun an exercise program, either, though I certainly don't avoid MOVING now like I did. The exercise thing is my main failure so far.
So pleased to hear that everyone is doing so well. Keep on pluggin'!

How I feel is in my "back to reality" rant. Though aside from that I hinestly feel amazing. Everything is so much easier. Even things like showering.
I fit into "normal" clothes mostly. I have a hard time with the mental part but im working on it. I cant believe Ive lost the same amount of weight as my best friends 13 year old daughter weighs!
I work out as often as I can. WIth the girls' dad gone, its harder to get away but I improvise and lift weights at home, do videos and run up and down the stairs for 20 "laps" in a row. That REALLY kicks my butt! I dance around alot. My back feels so much better. My blood pressure is normal and my risk of diabetes is practically gone.
I enjoy the camera now and dont cringe when my daughters want a pic with me. At my daughters birthday, I played with all the kids and it felt great.
