liquid and tablet protein

I have no information other than what you see here and do not know if this is good or not. have a call in to my dietician on the tablet protein and will follow up on her advice later . the liquid protein here is 15 g for two table spoons which seems much better than the one posted earlier where you had to drink 3 oz.
