Exercise Question
So, is it better to exercise in the morning before you have breakfast following the idea that you will burn more fat as your body hasn't switched over to food fuel yet and also that you will feel less hungry for breakfast...or should you exercise an hour or so after you eat so that you burn what you've just eaten?
So, if I work out at 1am when I get off work, does that count as morning? If we go with the morning theory, maybe I can justify it and say I'm getting in the best workout (timewise) as possible!
Sounds pretty dang good to me...
I'll have to keep an eye on this post to find the answer...
