Yaaaa for me---> I have reached Morbidly Obese

I have reached Morbidly Obese from Super Morbidly Obese!!! It can only get better from here. I am so glad I had this surgery. Just had to shout it out, so I decided to do it here on the October 2004 Message Board. Congratulations to all us loosers!!!! Audrey

Started with a BMI of 50.5- Super Obese Today- 34.4- Obese It blows my mind that this is even happening. I started at 285 and am now 194. 91 lbs down. How is that even possible. No wonder I was so miserable. Congrats to you! What a wonderful feeling! Range Meaning less than 18.5 Underweight 18.5 - 24.9 Normal 25.0 - 29.9 Overweight 30.0 - 34.9 Obese 35.0 - 39.9 Severely Obese 40.0 - 50 Morbidly Obese over 50 Super Obese

I HAD SURGERY 10/14/04. WAS 302 LOST 25 ON MY OWN. WHEN I WENT INTO SURGERY I WAS 278 A SIZE 26 AND I'M NOW 211 A SIZE 14/16 .I HAVEN'T FELT LIKE THIS SINCE I WAS SIXTEEN MAYBE YOUNGER. I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY SURGERY I'M SO HAPPY I DID THIS. TAKE CARE EVERYONE

Way to go!! It's a great feeling, isnt it? I am officially overweight now, and at my personal goal. I really don't want to lose anymore, I like my curves, but according to the silly chart I'm not "normal" for 15 more pounds!!!! At almost 40 I don't want to be too thin- my face is starting to look drawn. But I know I'm healthier than I was 80 pounds ago so I just don't worry about the chart saying I'm not "normal" Keep up the great work!
