Sunday Morning Weigh In
Good Morning Everyone,
I thought it might be helpful if we posted our progress every Sunday morning. I'm trying not to weigh myself several times a week because I was getting so frustrated with losing and gaining the same couple of pounds. So this week, I started writing down what I'm eating and I've finally started a regular exercise program. I was stuck for a couple of weeks, but this morning I had lost 2.5 pounds!

I only weigh once a week, usually on Saturday. I know that weighing more often can get frustrating. Hey, we have the same surgery date
As of yesterday, I have lost 100 lbs. I can hardly believe it, but that's what the scale says, so I believe it. I did have a hard time finding some clothes, that weren't too big, to wear to church this morning.
I'll take those kind of problems
Keep up the good work and continue the exercising!!

Wt Loss Since Surgery 73lbs.
Current weight 204lbs
Mar 7-11 weight loss 3lbs.
Total Wt loss 107lbs
Clothes Size from a size 26-28 to an 18.
