Hey Rhonda...(and fellow Dr. Rod patient)....does PCOS cause slow weight loss? I have often wondered if I have this...I have not been to the gyno in so darn long (I know..don't yell at me ).... I am too a slow loser and feel frustrated at times. I am down 65 pounds and should be happy but just want it to go so much faster. I have noticed that I am eating too many carbs again and am going to commit to cutting down them next week. I am finally up to my 64 oz of water a day but think I am going to up that even more. I started exercising and then went on vacation so I need to up that too. Finally, I need to measure myself for the month as I am sure I am losing inches too. Let's all continue to encourage one another...I know we can do this.... Take care, Ann

UMMMM........ You say your doing some exercise...right? Could you be changing your body?? I mean instead of just loosing? wt? You know that muscle really does weigh more than fat and some people look like they are gaining wt( they are,but ridding themselves of lightweight fat and putting on muscle) and in the end, your muscle burns more calories to maintain and you will begin to loose wt.. Just a thought??!! Is your shape changing?? Do you feel better?? Janee Cain
