S - 5 hershey almond kisses..hey it was Valentines day I couldn't resist!!
L - Chicken/broccoli and cheese sauce (frozen meal...ate 1/2)
D - about 5 chips with bean dip and 2 jumbo shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon
Did horrible on water...40 to 50 oz. and forgot all my vitamins. Will try harder today.
