I had ....
B- 2 ozs scramble eggs & grits.
L- 20 ozs protein drink
D- 1/2 cup spagetti
S- 1 peach
D- 32oz water.
Still having problems getting protein down and water. This is something I constantly work on. Doing fine and well. Lost 91lbs since journey started and 64lbs since surgery Oct 14, 04.
B- 1 scambled egg , one half sausage patty, two teaspoons grits
L- half small wendy's chilli, 6 saltines
D- small bowl mac and cheese with ground beef
S- half cup corn chex with1% milk
20 oz water, walked 3 miles and lifted 8 pound handwweights for about an hour. still out of protein powder; hope my new shipment arrives today. Still trying to break under 300 pounds, but its not easy, I am hovering at 300 or 301 now for 2 weeks.
