I had... B - beef jerkey S - 1/2 protein bar L - one scoop tuna and a couple bites of lettuce D - turkey chili (made it myself in crockpot) S - protein bar Not so good on water about 48oz but I took all my vitamins. Today I will work on water!

b-1/2 granola bar (low carb) S- 1 oz. trail mix L-WW low carb meal S- 1oz. cheese D- 1/4c chicken w/ msuhroom gravy, 4 asparugus, 2 tbls rice. S- 2 sugar free popscicles 2 pieces chocolate ( I know, I'm BAD!)

Hi! B-1 cup of Lo Carb Orange Juice and 3 pieces of bacon L-2 cups of Tomato Juice with olives and ****tail onions (Virgin Bloody Mary) D-5 saltines with a bite of tuna salad on each one S-1 nectarine I am having a hard time with protein.

HI! I had .... B- 2 ozs scramble eggs & grits. L- 20 ozs protein drink D- 1/2 cup spagetti S- 1 peach D- 32oz water. Still having problems getting protein down and water. This is something I constantly work on. Doing fine and well. Lost 91lbs since journey started and 64lbs since surgery Oct 14, 04.

B- 1 scambled egg , one half sausage patty, two teaspoons grits L- half small wendy's chilli, 6 saltines D- small bowl mac and cheese with ground beef S- half cup corn chex with1% milk 20 oz water, walked 3 miles and lifted 8 pound handwweights for about an hour. still out of protein powder; hope my new shipment arrives today. Still trying to break under 300 pounds, but its not easy, I am hovering at 300 or 301 now for 2 weeks.
