what did everyone eat yesterday?

for me it was.. B - beef jerkey S - protein bar L - beef jerkey S - beef jerkey again! D - 2 oz chicken S - protein bar I am trying to up my protein to help with the hair loss! I wasn't so good on water intake...got about 52 oz in. I also forgot to take my vitamins. Will do better today

For breakfast, cheese and crackers, protein shake Lunch, protein shake Dinner, refried beans w/about 10 carb free chips. Snack was a protein shake. Took all my vitamins and had 45 oz of water.

not been doing that well on food lately, ran out of protein powder and new supply should arrive today. B- half cup corn chex with 1% milk and splenda. S- 5 almonds L- small bowl of mac and cheese with ground beef s- 5 almonds D- half cup corn chex with 1% milk and splenda 20 oz water for day.

B scrambled egg with cheese.9 GM protein S EAS protein carb control protein bar( Lemon cheesecake) 21 GM protein L 1 slice Pap Murphy Veggie Delight Low Carb Pizza 10 GM protein D 1/2 cup mexican chicken with sala and sour cream 15 GM protein S EAS protein carb control protein bar(Cookies & Cream, YUM!!) 21 GM pro 60 OZ water took vitamins but forgot calcium 30 minutes on elypticul(sp?) macine at gym and 15 minutes on bike at gym I am down 45 lbs in 4 months was hoping for more but am feeling well, from a size 24 to a 18
