Hey where are all the Fitday posters? I thought we were going to do this on a daily basis?
Anyway....
B - 2 oz teriyaki chicken
S - 6 baby carrots dipped in vinegar
1 oz low fat cheddar cheese
L - 2 oz teriyaki chicken
S - 2 Hershey mini's, protein drink
D - 2 oz teriyaki chicken, 1/2 c cauliflower & lowfat cheese sauce
S - 1 slice light oat & fiber bread, with 1/4 c chicken salad
Totals: 946 cal, 41 fat, 44 carbs, 97 protein
I had leftover chicken teriyaki on a stick from Chinese takeout - they are perfect because they are 2 oz each and easy to eat (not dry) and SOOOO yummy. They are the dark meat though, so the fat was a little high. I am going to try to keep my fat under 30 today..but otherwise, I think yesterday was a good day. No exercise yesterday, but I will hit Curves tonight. Have a great day!
Hey thats good to know! Teryaki on a stick..2oz. I bought a food scale but sometimes I think it is wrong? I weighed a taco and if I went by the scale I could have eaten **** 4 to equal a 4 oz meal which of course I could never do. And 4 oz chicken seemed like too much as well. These days I just try to figure it out on my own.
