My fluids arent so great. I got a milk out of the vending machine for breakfast--took a sip and it was sour.. BARFORAMA...
Dont kill me over the doritos. Didnt have the will power today. The Roast Beef Sandwich wasnt made with bread. It was one of those low carb tortillas. I cut it in half and then only ate half the half.
Went to Walmart tonight and got some more Carb Countdown Choc Milk, Some Whey Protein SHakes (they look good--but pricey--will taste tomorrow)... Also got several several packs of sugar free ice breakers. I bought a bunch to trick my brain.. make it think its eating bad food... Will try them tomorrow too...

S - some Ritz chips with ranch dip
L - 1 oz roast chicken, 2 oz cheddar cheese
S - 1 package (6 crackers) Ritz peanutbutter & crackers
D - Smart Ones low carb "Creamy Parmesean Chicken"..ate 3/4 of it
With protein drink & milk...fluids were 78! Totals were:
1059 cal, 49 fat, 78 carb, 79 protein. Way too much of everything. Those darned crackers did me in yesterday. I gave them to the kids to take to school so they are GONE. I read Princess Splenda's profile and got real motivated. I drank alot after reading that - and I've decided to try the fluid loading. We'll see. I did go to Curves last night as well.
