I only drank about 48 ounces of water. I am trying though. My carbs are fantastic and so is my protein.
b-1/2 ham and provolone sandwich (my new addiction so you will be seeing alot of this)
L- lunch meeting, they ordered KFC so I had 1/2 chicken breast and three spoons of baked beans
D-1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded beef
S - 1/4 cup protein shake at the gym
I rode the stationary bike 3 miles and treadmills were all full so had to skip my mile walk last night

B- protein shake, half cup cereal with splenda and 1% milk- 35g protein
L- small salad and cup of creame of chicken soup
S- half a small bannana
D- small portion of slow cooker chicken casserole with egg noodles,( as I said earlier chicken is not agreeing with me lately, nearly died after eating, thought I was going to lose it all, but managed to keep it down though with severe cramps and several trips to the pot with feelings of barfing.
S- 8 oz fruit juice papaya/ pinapple
and 20 oz of water throughout the day.
B - 3/4 c Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 sliced banana
L - 2 oz meatloaf & 1/4 c mashed potatoes
S - 1 slice american cheese
D - 1 oz roasted chicken..gave up on that and ended up with 1/2 c Kashi Go Lean, 1/4 c skim milk, 1/4 sliced banana
Fluids - 62 oz!!!!! And I worked out at Curves.
Totals were: 894 cals, 26 fat, 120 CARBS (but I am not even sweating this - it was from the milk, banana and cereal.....I am more interested in getting the fiber these days than watching those carbs. At least they are "good" carbs) 68 protein.
I am going to try to only have one serving of cereal a day to decrease that huge number....but, in the end, I certainly don't feel like it was a bad choice...beats eating chips and dip!
