I think I got more in today than I have in a long time. Breakfast: cottage cheese Snack: Beef jerky Lunch: Chicken Salad (wasnt that good) Snack: Beef Jerky Supper: 2 bites of tuna... and 2 slices of tomato. The tuna just wasnt what I wanted. My daughter had a happy meal so I ate a few of her french fries. MY CARBS ARE UNDER 20! Go me Go me Go me Go me!! I will have a protein drink later and that will add 180 to my calories =669 and the protein will be 73... I think I did good.

I think I did good yesterday...FINALLY! B - 1/2 ham and provolone sandwich on wheat bread L - meatloaf and 3 bites mash potatoe D - 1/2 turkey patty 3 spoons corn S - 1/2 cup protein shake from gym 64oz water Well I thought I did good but looking at it...I probably didn't get enough calories in! Oh and I did the stationary bike for 3 miles and treadmill for one mile.

Yum, that meatloaf sounds so yummy.... Yea, your calories do look low but I bet your protein was high! Your water looks amazing. I wish I could get that much water in. You go girl! I have decided to go to the YMCA everyday after work and do the elliptical or something for at least 30 minutes. My daughter doesnt have to be picked up until 6. So 30 minutes is better than nothing. Wish me luck!

30 minutes is great! I do 15 on bike and 20 on treadmill and that adds up to 3 miles on bike and 1 mile on treadmill and let me tell you I FEEL IT after 35 minutes!! I usually do toning weights after but last night I was too tired!
