I know my numbers dont look too good -my carbs are so high. I havent had that shake yet but I will before I go to bed.
I did however ride 14.4 miles on my bike today on Longleaf Trace. It took us about 3.5 hours. The most I have ever done is 10 miles and my usual is 8.2 miles. Today was wonderful. My legs are numb but thats ok. Last weekend I talked to some guys who were at the rest stop where they had come from and where they were going. They told me they ride 22 miles in 2 hours. HOLY COW!

Oh I don't even want to thinka bout what I ate yesterday.....we stocked up on lots of junk food for hubby & kids for this big blizzard that hit us..
B - low carb special K with skim milk & bluberries
the rest is just snacking all day..
1/2 bakery cinnamon chip muffin, 1 c sheese curls, 1 mini cooke
D - beef stri fry (home meade) 1 oz beef, 1/2 c veggies (red bell pepper, onion, carrots, celery)
S - Kashi Go Lean with skim milk & banana

1014 cal, 25 fat, 158 carbs (HOLY CRAP...the 1/2 muffin had 35) 56 protein (no shakes)
What an absolute horrible day - eating wise. I made a huge effort to not snack at all today and pick high protein foods that are good for me. What is it about snowy days that make me want to eat all day?
Well I haven't been eating very well lately everything I eat just doesn't agree w/ me. I don't know the calories or the protein for everything but here it goes. This is what I had yesterday.
B- 1- ZOIC protein drink 21 g protein
24 oz. water
L- 1 tsp mashed potatoe and 2 bites of a chicken tender
D- 3/4-1 cup of Beef stir fry w/ sno peas, bok choy and bean sprouts.
S- 1/2 cup 1% milk and 1 amarretto cookie (big mistake, this made me sick)
Unfortunately I do not dump on anything. It makes it hard to resist at times, if it made me sick it would be so much easier. I should have more will power and respect this tool I was lucky enough to have been given. I don't know why I have to be so weak...very frustrating and every day I struggle with the right foods. I will do really well then will slip then do well again..does anyone else have the same struggles?
I definatly dump....Sometimes I can drink a few sips of regular coke--only on occasion when I really want it. I have had 1 mini m&m once and chewed up a starburst one day and spit it out. Starburst were my favorite. I wasnt trying to point you out on eating that Baby Ruth just didnt know if you were a dumper... I have thought about eating a piece of pecan pie at Christmas and would it have been worth it to dump. Almost did it and then backed out. Dumping is so miserable. Be glad you dont do it!!! Although I can see how tempting it would be to go back to regular food. I do miss regular ole sweet tea. Artificial sweetners just arent for me.
We are all weak at times. We just gotta pick ourselves up and dust off.
