My water sucked yesterday. The tamales did me in. I used to could eat 12 tamales at a sitting. Yes, awful isnt it. We have this lady who makes them and brings them around to sell. I ordered half a dozen. Ate 2.5 and gave the rest away. I see by the nutritional facts that I wont be having them again for awhile. My carbs are horrendous. We went to the rodeo last night and I ate that popcorn. Today is a new day though!!
I dont think your carbs are bad. I think you just need to concentrate on your protien levels more. If its a question of a starchy food or a protien...go with the protien. I have found if I am craving a crunchy salty things, different kinds of nuts satisfy my craving and at least I am get some natural fats and some protien. I used to be obsessed w/ wanting sugar. I have traded that obession for seeking a balance between protiens,fats and carbs. You do need all three..ask any good nutritionist. I would bet if you tried this you would start dropping lbs every week! Good Luck!
