Where did all my fitdayers go?? I didnt drink a shake or drink any milk so my protein is low--BUT LOOK---I drank some water! Think later I will have a lil bit of popcorn. Been craving it ALL day. A lil wont hurt, huh---nah --besides my parrots eat most of it. Holding out at -63

The last couple of times I posted a "What did you eat today" I didn't get any replies... ?? Anyway B - 1/2 c low carb Special K cereal with 1/2 c skim milk L - 1 slice Lite Oat & Fiber bread, toasted with ICBINB (i cant believe its not butter) and 1 slice American cheese S - 10 oz skim milk D - 2 oz chicken, 1/3 c rice, corn, black beans, cheese, sauce & sour cream (a casserole) S - handful Ritz Chips Also drank 20 oz decaf tea and 16 oz protein drink. I didn't track it in FitDay - I am scared to see how many carbs there were. I DID do Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies" and it was a riot! What a good workout - I feel it more today than when I go to Curves!!! Jenn

I LOVE THE FOOD LOG... IT MAKES ME FEEL BETTER TO SEE WHAT EVERYONE IS EATING!! B- 1 EGG COOKED IN PAM OVER EASY ON A TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFIN ATE IT ALL.. AND WASN'T TOO FULL L- 3/4 CUP OF CHIX CHOW MEIN AND 1 OR 2 TBSP RICE D- SALAD WITH GROUND TURKEY S- HOPEFULLY NOTHING.. IF I NEED SOMETHING POPCORN BECKY - 106.5 SINCE 10/1/05

Well I made very bad choices yesterday because I forgot to bring my lunch to work..telling others what we eat sure makes us accountable!!! B - pop tart S the other pop tart L carne asada nachos (maybe 3/4 cup) D didn't eat dinner until 9pm and had a hamburger patty with cheese 1/4 of a diet dr pepper and only about 32oz water Hoping to do much better today!!
