Fitday 1/19/05 -what did U eat
Where did all my fitdayers go??
B: Link Biscuit--took off top of biscuit and threw it away and ate 2 bites of the bottom and chuncked it--ate 3/4 of the sausage meat
S: Beef Jerky .64 and 5 pork skins
L: Few peices of Fajita meat -2 chips and salsa (mostly use the chips to scoop the salsa--dont really eat much of the chip)
S: Beef Jerky .64 and 10 pork skins
D: I am fasting (FULL) -Maybe a lil popcorn later

Well, the protein sucks but look--I drank some water today. I didnt drink a shake or drink any milk so my protein is low--BUT LOOK---I drank some water!
Think later I will have a lil bit of popcorn. Been craving it ALL day. A lil wont hurt, huh---nah --besides my parrots eat most of it.

The last couple of times I posted a "What did you eat today" I didn't get any replies... ??
Anyway
B - 1/2 c low carb Special K cereal with 1/2 c skim milk
L - 1 slice Lite Oat & Fiber bread, toasted with ICBINB (i cant believe its not butter) and 1 slice American cheese
S - 10 oz skim milk
D - 2 oz chicken, 1/3 c rice, corn, black beans, cheese, sauce & sour cream (a casserole)
S - handful Ritz Chips
Also drank 20 oz decaf tea and 16 oz protein drink. I didn't track it in FitDay - I am scared to see how many carbs there were. I DID do Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies" and it was a riot! What a good workout - I feel it more today than when I go to Curves!!!

Well I made very bad choices yesterday because I forgot to bring my lunch to work..telling others what we eat sure makes us accountable!!!
B - pop tart

D didn't eat dinner until 9pm and had a hamburger patty with cheese
1/4 of a diet dr pepper and only about 32oz water
