Hey everyone - we have missed this post for a few days... B - nothing OOPS! S - 2 fish sticks (made kids lunch) L - Smart Ones - Chicken Fettucini Alfredo. Ate all the chicken and about 1/2 c pasta S - 1 c skim milk D - 2 oz haddock, 1/2 scallop S - 1 c skim milk also had a few bites of granola bar I never got in a protein drink yesterday. Why is it so easy to fall off the wagon? Sheesh - I feel like I am always saying "OK - today I will get back on track". So, anyway....today I will get back on track. I am starting my day with a large mug of decaf tea and will have a protein drink after. Jenn

Yesterday...got to try and remember? B - 2 tbsp. F.F. Cream Cheese 10 Wheatables "7" Grain Crackers S - 1 Bag of Snyder's pretzels L - 1 oz. Sorrento Cheese Stickster 2 slices Turkey Lunchmeat 5 Wheat Crackers S - 1 Smart Ones Chocolate Mousse Pop D - ½ cup Mixed Salad Greens with ¼ cup of Chicken 2 tbsp. Feta Cheese 2 tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing S - 1 oz. Cracker Barrel Cheese Stick 5 Saltines 16 oz. Crystal Lite Pink Lemonade 12 oz. Lipton Diet Iced Tea 20 oz. Water 6 oz. Isopure Protein Drink For the following Totals: 1026 Calories 60 g. Protein 54 oz. Liquids I know, seems like a lot but I see the Nutritionist every two weeks and she is fine with this.

B- Protein shake S- 3 peanut butter crackers L- 1 1/2 cups beef veggie soup w/ about 2 oz. beef D- 2 oz. ground beef and 1/4 c boiled plantain, 3 pieces of beets S- 1 cup 1% milk Water 30 oz. Still struggling w/ the water!

B 1 pkg Instant Cream of Wheat w/ 1 scoop Pro Complex Protein Powder S Cheese Head 1 oz mozzarella cheese 10 small pretzels maybe more L nothing protein 1/2 medium banana D Large bowl of chicken soup with small amount of cabbage and celery 1-2 ozs of melted Cheddar Cheese S 1/2box of ff/sf chocolate pudding 15-20 small pieces of fried pork skins ( I needed crunch) 1 scoop Pro Complex Protein with 4 ozs water at 1 a.m. I had a Wendy's 5 piece chicken nugget with BBQ sauce, and yep I ate the whole thing with no problem Oh, also half of a medium Minute Maid lite lemonade The only good thing was that I did drink over 60 ozs of water. Tell me I don't need a food police!

b - cottage chz with pineapple 4oz L - small egg roll, 2oz teryaki ckn, 2 spoons rice S - 2 hershey mini's D - 2oz ground beef, 4 bites rice 40oz water 8 oz hot chocolate Was this too much or not enough as far as food goes? I know I need to do better on my water..
