taco bell?
Me and Taco Bell have just recently become friends. Before my surgery I never wanted to eat there but now...it's a different story. I have found that either soft or hard tacos (minus the lettuce) go down great and they seem to be just the right portion (it takes me about a half hour + to eat the whole thing). I have also had 1/2 a been and cheese burrito and that did fine too. At other mexican restaurants, quesadillas and enchiladas go down great but rice doesn't do too good. Good luck!

Hi Sharon,
I have Taco Bell about 1 time a week...
Chicken Meximelt and a beans and cheese w/no red sauce. I can only eat about 1/2 of each but it's a nice change, sometimes I eat the flour shell but not always, it just depends on how I feel on that day, but I can eat most of the inside if I dont eat the shell (more protein that way). I have not tried anything other than those items. I would suggest to stay away from rice and just try a very small bit of the shell's until you see how they will set with you. Go for it!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Taco Bell. I am able to eat a crunchy taco supreme, or part of a taco salad. I haven't tried the soft taco's yet but mabe next time I go I will. I can eat the potatoes, with cheese, and I tolerate lettuce very well I am able to eat salad greens with no problems. I use the hot sauce. I have always liked hot and spicy foods and since my surgery my taste, and toleration of hot sauce has improved. I can eat jalepeno's, and cayenne pepper.
