"What did you eat today?"
I guess we shoudl remane this "what did you eat yesterday". LOL I am still havign a hard time eating and drinking since I had the flu last week. I threw up yesterday for the first time. YUCK.
B - tea
L - 1/2 slice toast with american cheese
D - maybe 2 bites of bbq chicken and mashed potatoes
(I was so hungry and looking forward to this but after a couple of bites, I had to go lay on the couch I felt so terrible...which is typical after every bite these days)
S - Special K cereal with skim milk
I drank about 1/2 of my protein drink. Having a hard time with any liquids that are not warm - I'm getting awful cramps. Sucks because I am so thirsty. So I sip warm tea all day, but not getting in even 30 oz probably. I am going to try to get all my protein in today since my hair is coming out in clumps the past couple of days.

well yesterday was not a good day for me either.
B- one cup honey nut cherios with 1% milk- 9 g protein
one cup lowfat chocolate milk to take my meds with-8 g protien
no water at all until nearly 8 pm(shame on me) lunch one half small wendy's chili- 9 g protein
no snacks at all yesterday very very bad but I was very busy)
dinner- slow cooked pot roast(2 bites), carots(2) mushroom(1) two spoons of rice, two tablesppons of peas. ( threw everything up within the hour thereafter) I just do not do well on dense meats, either that or I just ate it too fast, whatever the reason it was not a hppy feeling . one large cup of hot tea for restof evening.
at best I got in 20 g of protein yesterday and less than30 oz of fluid, so it was a bad day for me.
on a side note I did make bananna bread and added s scoop of bannana protein to the mix for added protein and it tastes great. no idea what one slice would have as far as protein goes though. I am using it as snack today.
as of today I am back to taking my prtein drink first thing in the morning as after yesterdays bad showing I cannot count on getting my protein fix in on regular food.

B- A about 3 bites of a chick fillet chicken biscuit
L- A couple of bites of leftovers from dinner the night before Potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and carrots
D- Leftovers again a couple of bites of roast, potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms on rice.
S- Sunflower seeds
Made a real good smoothie.
Smoothie
A couple of frozen strawberries
Two spoons of fat free coolwhip
Ice
Grape koolaid
and i threw in a packet of protein.
As of yesterday I have lost -62 lbs
God Bless you on the wonderful journey.... I am ready for the healthy life.
Start back to college tommorow(sp) wonder if people will notice the weight loss.
