How much have you lost so far??

Hi everyone I had my RNY on Oct 13 and am down 50! woo hoo, BUT have not lost in 4 weeks! UGHHHHHHHHHHHH cant figure it out at all and starting to get frustrated and worried! CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU!!! ~Stacy

I had mine on 10/5 at 232 and now and down to 185....so lost 47 so far.

I had surgery 10-6-04 and I had lost 61 lbs, but gained 1 back yesterday! UGH!!!! But, I also havent been walking/exercising like I should have the last few days. So I'm at 60 down.

I had LAP RNY on Oct 26th. When I weighed this morning, I have lost 58 pounds. CONGRATS to everyone on their loss!

hey every one. my surgery was on 10/22, and so far i am down 50 lbs! i love it. as far as protein goes i mix mine with cranberry juice (lite) nouriche lite, and lite yogurt in the blender.it makes enough for several meals. it's the only way i can stand it. good luck to all teri

Hi. I am a little over 10 weeks post-op and as of today I weigh in at 241. The day of surgery I weighed 304, so that is a total of 63lbs. Sometimes I feel that it is going so slow, but then I put it into perspective... 63lbs in less than 3 months! I could have never done that without my surgery! Congratulations to us all! Hi everyone, great job to all of you. I had surgery on 10/29, lost 15 prior to surgery and have lost 35 since for 50 total. I thought it was a little slow but my surgeon said I was right on track for my starting weight. Happy New Year to ALL.

October 4th surgery date and weighed in at 294 As of this morning I wasat 214 for a loss of 80lbs. Congrats everyone fantastic numbers!! Dan -80

Great job! I had my surgery on 10/20/04 and I have lost 48.5 pounds since then. Hopefully next weeks weigh in will be at least 2 pounds so I can say I have lost 50 pounds!!!

Surgery Oct. 26th I've lost 40 lbs so far I also feel like it is not going fast enough
