"What did you eat today"
Hey hope everyone is doing great today. I feel like i have alot of energy today. Today i ate:
B- skipped
S- sunflower seeds
L- a little chicken, spoon of stuffing, and a spoon of green beans
S- Mandrin oranges
D- about a 3rd of a slice of pizza.
S- more sunflower seed ( addicted)
My fluid intake has not been good not even 20 oz yet.I will work on it until i get to bed. maybe i can get in 40 oz by then.

I need to get in a lot more water.
I don't think my scales are correct. I have an appointment on the 5th and I'm anxious to see what their scale says.

I've got the flu and I was subpeonaed (sp?) for a custoday case so I sat in a court room all day yesertday feeling like I could barf any minute. I managed to eat 3 peanutbutter crackers. And maybe 5 or 6 bites of homemade turkey soup when I got home. I only drank 24 oz of water, and had a small decaf coffee at court.
I lost 3 pounds since yesterday morning....not a good way to do it BUT I am now out of the 190's. I was shocked today when I got on the scale and was down to 187!! That was a nice surprise.
I don't think today will be much better for food - I feel terrible. Both of my kids have it now too....poor babies. I will try to drink more today though.

I am over eating! After reading all of your post I am totally eating too much...oh no.
B. 1 cup cereal / 1/4 milk, 1/2 cranberry juice w/1/2 cup water mixed in.
L. 1 cup minstrone soup with 6 saltine crackers
S. 1 cup tea
later S. 5 oz soda with 1/2 shot of ameretto - oh god this was bad - still celebrating the holidays.
D. 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup baked beans, 1/3 cup prime rib, water with lime
40oz of water I always shoot for 80 oz but I rarely make more then 65 or so.
I will try harder tomorrow to drop the ****tail and drink more water - each day is a new day.
B-1 cup Total high protein cereal w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk
S-sugar free vanilla latte from Starbuck's with lowfat milk (okay a little whipped cream on top...my bad)
L-2oz. or less of baked pork chop, 2/3 of small baked potato w/light butter, 2 bites of squash, 3 small brussel sprouts
D-8 small round tortilla chips w/ 2 oz. cheese
and about 5-6 cough drops...hack, hack
