Food Question

okay my surgeon told me not to have anything with caffeine...does Choc. milk have caffeine? I mean chocolate does and also how about those choc. protein drinks and powders does anyone know their caffeine content??? thanks for the help

Good question!!! I've never even thought to ask it. You might want to get in touch with a place like GNC and ask them, they'd probably be able to tell you which, if any, protein drinks have caffine - and then you could probably apply that knowledge to all brands. If I had to venture a guess, I would say no - especially for like carb countdown chocolate milk - but again, its just a guess.
