"What did you eat today"
Hey hope everyone is ready for christmas.
I feel like i ate all day.
B- about 4 pizza roll ups
S- 4 crackers w/ cream cheese and a couple doritos
L- cabbage and 4 pizza roll ups
S- doritos and sunflower seeds
D- about 4 bites of garlic bread and a little spaggetti
about 45 oz of fluid

Today was a low day for me
Early AM Starbucks, sugar free vanilla, decaf, non fat latte (yummy)
B Worldwide Protein Drink (35g protein)
L 1/2 c pintos & cheese (taco Bell) didn't sit well today)
S 1/2 c Papaya (tried to help disgestive)
Dinner 1/4 c tuna with 1 tsp Carb solutions salad dressing
8 wheat thins
S s/f chocolate pudding with extra protein (Yuck, ruined my pudding)

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - 6 lil smokies w/bbq sauce
Dinner - 3 small cheese enchiladas (over an hour)
Wasnt much in the mood for eating today... so i know i didnt get in my protein at all... Hope everyone is doing great... Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone...
