Hey hope everyone had a great weekend. Only 5 days till christmas. B- leftover eggplant s- cookies (sugarfree of course) L- ziti s- doritos D- cup of soup S- a couple of pizza rolls (head hunger) about 40 oz of fluid today. Lisa 382/332

I was such the pig today, but was able to stay under 700 calories... so that is ok.. should still be under 500.. But, im trying to get in all the protein... breakfast - 1oz of tuna mixed with hardboiled egg little fat free mayo and a little squeeze of sweet relish snack - 8 pre-cut cubes of kraft sharp cheddar lunch - 6 lil smokies w/bbq sauce snack - 2 bites of a protein bar.. (got tired of the taste) dinner - 1oz chick & cheesy potatoes snack - 6 little smokies w/bbq sauce So I feel like I got in all my protein today... but am soooo full... im actually miserable... need to try some protein shakes... does anyone have any suggestions for a shake that tastes good? Have a great christmas all, if I dont get to talk to you before then.. Leslie

Hi Everyone - hope your day is going well so far... B - herbal tea s - 1/2 grilled cheese on lite wheat bread L - Chef BoyArdee shells & tomato sauce (almost the whole container) s - sugar cookie (NOT sugar-free) D - 2 oz chicken 3 broccoli florets S - 8 oz skim milk Protein drink Totals: 557 cal, 16 fat, 48 carbs, 58 protein Total I am working on lots more protein and LOTS less carbs. B- one half cup honey nut cherios in 1% milk. 9 g protein S- protein shake- 34 g protein in 1% milk s- 10 chedder cracker fish L- 1/2 small wendy's chili with small side salad 9g protein thats it so far today
