"What did you eat today"
I was such the pig today, but was able to stay under 700 calories... so that is ok.. should still be under 500.. But, im trying to get in all the protein...
breakfast - 1oz of tuna mixed with hardboiled egg little fat free mayo and a little squeeze of sweet relish
snack - 8 pre-cut cubes of kraft sharp cheddar
lunch - 6 lil smokies w/bbq sauce
snack - 2 bites of a protein bar.. (got tired of the taste)
dinner - 1oz chick & cheesy potatoes
snack - 6 little smokies w/bbq sauce
So I feel like I got in all my protein today... but am soooo full... im actually miserable... need to try some protein shakes... does anyone have any suggestions for a shake that tastes good?

Hi Everyone - hope your day is going well so far...
B - herbal tea
s - 1/2 grilled cheese on lite wheat bread
L - Chef BoyArdee shells & tomato sauce (almost the whole container)
s - sugar cookie (NOT sugar-free)
D - 2 oz chicken 3 broccoli florets
S - 8 oz skim milk
Protein drink
Totals: 557 cal, 16 fat, 48 carbs, 58 protein
Total I am working on lots more protein and LOTS less carbs.
