My liquid intake at this time is about 45 oz which is pretty good for me.
finshed christmas shopping today. Now i need to get through the holiday get togethers without eating toooo much.

Here is what I had today:
Breakfast - 3 pre-cut cubes kraft sharp cheese
lunch - 6 lil smokies with bbq sauce
snack - 1 slice cheese (ok, im saying it again, need to get away from processed cheese)
dinner - 1/4 cup chick stirfry w/steamed rice
snack - 4 pre-cut cubes kraft sharp cheese
I seriously need to start eating my protein bars again.... i know im not getting all my protein.. and i should be... but I feel great... but will start eating at least one protein bar a day.. I MUST...

Looks like I'm a little behind today. I just haven't been very hungry.
yesterday ended well. 755 calories, 53 carbs and 63.7 protein.
Today... oatmeal + raisins.. 118 cals. 22 carbs. 2.8 protein

S- ground up hamburger with very little mac n cheese stirred in, kinda like a casserole......I miss casseroles.
Got most of my water from coffee today, this is not usual, but was at my sisters and the coffee is always on and I do enjoy it! Not a freq thing for me, so it was a treat! Back to plain H20 tonight

Well I am back from the casinos - I didn't win any money, but had a GREAT time anyway! Eating was hard only because I got SO hungry, then too full. It was back and forth, back and forth. I had no problems finding items on the menu though:
Saturday:
B - protein drink
S - decaf Dunkin Donuts coffee - cream & 2 Equal
L - 2 oz baked cod, 1/4 c mixed steamed veggies
D - 1/2 oz turkey burger that I didn't like so I just ate 1/2 c mixed veggies
S - 1 c popcorn while rockin away with Chris Issak's Christmas Show AWESOME!!!!!!
Drank tons of water at the poker tables!
Today:
B - 1 egg & 1 oz ham and a few bites of wheat toast
L - 1 oz lobster meat & 1 oz baked chicken in a sherry cream sauce with sauted carrot, zucchini and summer squash
(lunch was TOO good and I felt a bit yucky for about an hour - I ate too much)
D - leftover veggies from lunch, about 1/4 c
I am drinking a protein drink now and will probably have some sugar free ice cream in a while.
I walked from end to end to end of that resort and I think I got more excercise than I do at Curves! I weighed myself about 1/2 hour ago (this morning was the FIRST morning I was not able to weigh myself) and I am down 1.5 pounds from yesterday!!! What a difference these 56 pounds have made.....my wedding rings don't fit anymore, and I have to say it was a nice confidence boost to have so many men talking to me!
