Hello Everyone! I started this adventure 8 months ago at 310lbs. Lost 25lbs before surgery, and lost 36 lbs after surgery. Can't believe I'm on the other side and losing. I just now can notice the changes in my face, neck and body. My feet no longer swell, I'm in less pain and feel great most of the time. I can move around faster and have more energy. Surgery: Oct 14 (7 1/2 weeks out) Starting weight: 276lbs Today's weight: 240 Lost 36 lbs. To all those who have had the surgery, our new life journey begins, to those who are still waiting for approval, you will be on the other side soon!
