Surgery: October 14 Starting weight 234 Today's weight 195 Lost 39 I am having problems getting in all the water and protein. I know if I don't eat or drink enough I will not lose, but it is so hard because I am full all the time, couple of bites and I am done.

I stopped at 4 weeks out because I had a stenosis and couldn't swallow (great, so I CAN'T eat, and still hold on to my weight...and people wonder why we need this surgery...) Surgery date: Oct. 28 Week before surgery: 408 Today: 362

I thought I was really behind and was getting frustrated, but you lovely ladies have set me straight. I seem to be right in there with y'all. Thanks!!
