Melissa, 28#'s is great. Everyone stalls. I know I do. I have started using fitday.com and keeping track of my intake. It has helped me watch my carbs and fats and I adjust my eating to be sure I get in my protein. It is an awesome website once you get the hang of it. Keep on losing.
