Jacque What you have on hand at the house depends on your surgeon's diet plan. Every one is different. The one thing I took and was glad I did was feminine deodorant spray. I was not able to take a shower for 3 days and having that was heaven. I also used it to make the room smell not so hospitaly. Sheryl

congrats on ur upcoming surgery!! I had everything with me when I went I also took my products to keep things fresh lol. I also purfumed everything down so they would be smelling fresh when I pulled them out of my bag but hospital had alot so I really didnt need much. I was also able to wear my own gowns although theres were large enough. be sure to have your broths, jello, drinks available so those are things you dont worry about when u get home hope this helped sophia

I HAD A HARD TIME WIPING MY SELF CUZ OF THE PAIN I WISH I HAD BROUGHT A WOODEN SPOON ..I HEARD THAT WAS GOOD TO USE . TAKE THE WOODEN SPOON AND WRAP IT WITH TOLET PAPER. I DID THAT WHEN I CAME HOME . O BRING PADS CUZ IF U GOT UR THING THERE PADS DON'T STICK TO YOUR UNDERWEAR AND YOU WILL HAVE A MESS. O BRING A BACK SCARCHER WHEN I WAS ON THE MEDS IT MADE ME ITCH REALLY BAD AND THAT WAS HANDY . GOOD LUCK LINDA
