What are you eating?
wow, I am not alone...all of the responses here give me hope. maybe I am okay. I keep feeling like i am going to fail. i confess, i ate popcorn, about 1/2 cup. it didn't even phase me. I am down 36 pounds in 5 weeks, and i am seeing that is not so terrible. I still only eat mostly soft food, but I did try one slice of turkey bacon...it was good, and didn't make me sick, and satisfied the bacon craving I was having. I haven't really craved too many sweets yet, when I do, I eat sugar free orange jello, with mandrin oranges in their own juice. and a little lite cool whip...it's delicious...really, and use the juice in the can in place of the cold water...yummy.
