I originally bought Optisource from Walgreens. I was taking them for a few days before my surgery and now they make me gag, then I bought Flinstones and they are as hard as a ROCK and I am afraid I will break my teeth. I think I will try some gummy vitamins next but I just wanted to see what others are taking. Thanks and Hugs Wendy

Hi there I also have the spray vitamins and heard it's excellent, haven't tried it yet, as I have gotten it from my dr as a sample. I'm 9 days post op and currently taking, 2 children's vitamins, 2 chewable calciums, 1 b 6/12/folic acid under the tongue and 300mg (1 tablet) of Biotin for hair and nails. Also, as much protein as I can stand in my milk....the rest of what i consume is SF popsicles, gello, etc. Full liquid diet for me for a month. Kari
